Delete your TIC account
This page lets you permanently delete your Tahsin Investments & Co account and its associated data. You can also delete your account from inside the app (Settings → Delete account); this web flow exists so you can do it without installing the app.
Delete Specific Data (Without Deleting Your Account)
In addition to full account deletion, you can delete specific categories of your data from within the TIC: Trade With Intelligence app without losing your account, subscription, or other data.
Available in-app granular deletions:
- AI Chat History — Delete all your AI conversations. Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Clear AI Chat History. Requires a Pro or Elite subscription (free users don't have chat history).
- Price Alerts — Delete individual price alerts you've set. Go to the Price Alerts screen and tap the trash icon next to any alert.
What gets deleted: Only the data category you choose. Your account, subscription, profile, and other data remain intact.
If you want everything deleted: use the full account deletion flow below — this wipes your account and all associated data permanently.
What will be deleted (full account flow below):
- Your profile (email, name, phone if set, language preference)
- Saved price alerts, signal views, and notification tokens
- Community posts and replies you authored
- Chat history with TIC AI
- Broker connection metadata (we never held your broker credentials)
What is retained (as required by UAE financial record-keeping obligations): transaction records for completed in-app purchases, retained for 7 years in anonymised form — these cannot be linked back to an identifiable person after deletion.
Subscription cancellation
Deleting your TIC account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop future charges, you must also cancel the subscription separately:
- iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → TIC → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play app → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TIC → Cancel subscription
Cancel your subscription before requesting account deletion if you want to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
Your account has been deleted. It will be permanently purged in 30 days. If this was a mistake, contact [email protected] within that window and we will restore it.
