Everything you need to know about the TIC app

Is the app free to download?
Yes — downloading the TIC app from the App Store and Google Play is completely free. The Free plan includes the full Trading Academy, live market data and charts, the paper-trading simulator, the trading journal, the Weekly Trading League and Prediction Game, the economic calendar, calculators, and read access to the community. AI Signals, the TIC AI Advisor, and posting/sharing in the community are unlocked with the paid Pro or Elite plans. Linking a Binance, Bybit or Interactive Brokers account is free on every plan, including Free — the key you give TIC is read-only and your linked trades file themselves in your Journal. MT5/MT4 linking, with the live account dashboard and auto-journalling every 6 hours, stays on the Elite plan.
What is Member Discussion?
Member Discussion is the space in the app for Pro and Elite members. Share chart screenshots, reply in threads and react with emojis alongside other Pro and Elite members. Pro and Elite also include a private TIC Telegram room with signal updates — you get your personal invite link after you subscribe.
Is there a free trial of Pro or Elite?
No trial — and that's deliberate: the Free plan is permanent, not a 7-day teaser. You get the full Academy, the trading journal, paper trading with $10K virtual, the Weekly League and live market data free forever — so you can judge the app for as long as you like before paying. And before subscribing for signals, check our live track record — every win and every loss is published there.
Can I verify your signal results?
Yes — and we want you to. Our live track record is generated directly from the same database that powers the app: every closed signal, wins and losses, with the net pips. Nothing is edited or cherry-picked. If a signal stops out, it's on that page.
Which devices does the app support?
iPhone and iPad on iOS, plus Android phones and tablets. The app works in both light and dark themes and supports portrait and landscape modes.
Do I need previous trading experience?
No. The AI Advisor explains every signal in plain language, and the academy starts from absolute basics. You can also paper-trade risk-free until you're confident.
How accurate are the AI signals?
We don't publish a fixed win rate, and no signal — AI or otherwise — can guarantee a profitable trade. Each signal carries a confidence score that lets you compare setups against each other, and every signal ships with a defined entry, stop loss, and take profit so your risk on any one trade is always capped. The final decision is yours — only risk capital you can afford to lose.
Is the app available in Arabic?
Yes — the entire app is fully translated into Arabic with right-to-left layout, and the AI Advisor responds in Arabic too.
Is TIC a licensed financial adviser or broker?
No. TIC is an educational and analytical platform — we don't broker trades, hold client funds, or provide personalized investment advice. All trade execution happens through your own independently regulated broker. Anyone who needs tailored recommendations for their personal situation should consult a licensed financial adviser in their jurisdiction.
Are AI signals and the AI Advisor considered financial advice?
No. Signals, market analysis, and AI Advisor responses are general educational and informational content. They're not personalized recommendations and they don't take into account your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. You're free to act on them, ignore them, or modify them — and you're solely responsible for the result.
How do subscriptions and cancellations work?
Pro and Elite are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. Cancel anytime — you keep your plan's access until the end of the current billing period.
Are the AI signals halal / swap-free?
Yes — TIC includes a halal / swap-free filter so you can focus on signals that avoid overnight interest (swap). You stay in control: every trade is executed through your own broker, where you can use a swap-free (Islamic) account.
Does TIC have a trading journal?
Yes. Log every trade with notes, mood and chart screenshots, then track your equity curve, win-rate by session, and R-multiple performance. Pro and Elite add an AI Trade Review and a monthly AI digest that spot patterns in your trading and suggest improvements.
What are the Trading League and Prediction Game?
Both are free and built into the app. The Weekly Trading League is a paper-trading tournament with a live leaderboard — trade a $10,000 virtual balance and a champion is crowned every Friday. The Weekly Prediction Game lets you vote on where the market heads next and build an accuracy streak, auto-resolved against the real move.
Can I connect my exchange or broker account?
Yes. Linking a Binance, Bybit or Interactive Brokers account is free on every plan, including Free — your trades flow into your TIC Journal automatically instead of being typed in by hand. The key you give TIC is read-only: TIC can never place a trade, change an order, or move funds. MT5/MT4 linking is part of Elite, and adds a live account dashboard with your trades journalled every 6 hours. Execution always stays with your own broker or exchange.
Is my account secure? Do you support 2FA?
Yes. TIC supports two-factor authentication (2FA) with an authenticator app and backup codes for an extra layer of protection, plus quick, secure sign-in with Apple and Google.
Does TIC provide gold (XAUUSD) trading signals?
Yes. Gold is TIC's specialty. AI Signals cover gold and major markets with entry, stop loss, and take profit levels, and TIC's gold strategy performance is independently verified on Myfxbook. AI Signals require a Pro or Elite plan.
Can I practice trading without real money?
Yes. The free paper-trading simulator lets you place practice trades with live market data — the safest way for beginners to learn before ever risking a dollar.
Does TIC work with prop firm / funded accounts?
Yes. Elite includes Prop Guardrails: once your broker account is synced, TIC tracks your daily loss and maximum drawdown against your firm's limits and warns you as you approach them, rather than after you breach. The connection is read-only — TIC never places, modifies or closes a trade for you.
Can the AI read my chart screenshots?
Yes — AI Chart Vision is included with Elite. Send any chart screenshot from inside the app and you get a written analysis of the structure, key levels and context back. Treat it as a second opinion to weigh against your own plan, not as a signal to follow.
