TIC Trading Academy: 170 бесплатных уроков и чему они могут научить

The TIC Trading Academy is a free, structured course inside the TIC app: 170 lessons across 10 levels, from "What is trading?" to how professionals manage risk. Each level ends with a short quiz, and you need 70% to pass it.

Most people who search for a free trading course find scattered videos with no order and no way to check what they actually understood. This spotlight explains how the Academy is built, what we confirmed in the app's code, who it suits, and where its value stops.

What does the TIC Trading Academy cover?

The Academy runs in a fixed order, from basics to professional habits. These are the ten levels and their lesson counts as they ship in the app today:

LevelTitleLessons
1The Basics17
2Reading Markets18
3Risk & Psychology19
4Technical Analysis20
5Fundamental Analysis16
6Strategy Building17
7Advanced Markets18
8Stocks & Equities16
9Markets Compared14
10The Professional15

Each count includes the level's closing quiz, so there are 160 reading lessons and 10 quizzes. Adding up the app's own reading-time estimates gives about 1,160 minutes, roughly 19 hours. For most beginners, Level 3 is the most important stop on the way: it covers the 1% rule, stop losses, drawdown, revenge trading, R-multiples and expectancy.

How do the quizzes and levels work?

Every level closes with a multiple-choice quiz of between 6 and 12 questions, and each quiz uses a 70% pass mark. In the app screen we checked, later levels appear locked with a "Complete Level 1 to unlock" style message, and Level 10, The Professional, requires every previous level to be complete. Each question comes with a short explanation, so a wrong answer still teaches something.

Lessons are more than walls of text. They mix headings, short paragraphs, callouts and drawn diagrams; TIC's feature list counts 33 drawn diagrams covering candles, chart patterns, market structure and the main indicators. Many lessons also close with three recurring boxes: Ahmed's Take, Common Mistakes and Key Takeaways.

Does your progress follow you between phone and desktop?

Yes. When you complete a lesson, the app saves your progress to your account, and the same Academy is available on TIC Desk in the browser. Two details in the code are worth knowing:

  1. Progress only moves forward. Finishing a lesson on one device can never un-complete it on another.
  2. Your best quiz score is kept. Retaking a quiz cannot lower a score you already earned.

The lessons are also published in 19 languages, including Arabic and English, so you can switch language without losing your place.

How does the Academy connect to the rest of the app?

Pro and Elite members using the TIC AI Advisor get answers that can draw on the Academy text, so a question like "what is the DXY?" can be answered in line with what the lessons teach. The Academy itself stays free. A natural next step after a level is to practise in the paper-trading simulator, which uses virtual money, and to record what you learn in the free trading journal.

What can the Academy not do for you?

Honesty matters here. Passing quizzes proves you remember concepts; it does not prove you can follow a plan under pressure, and it is not a formal qualification. Reading about drawdown is very different from sitting through one. Treat the Academy as the map, paper trading as the practice ground, and your journal as the evidence of what you actually do.

Who is it for, and what about privacy?

It suits complete beginners, self-taught traders with gaps, and anyone who wants to learn in Arabic as well as English. The lesson content is the same for everyone. What TIC stores for you is narrow: which lessons and levels you completed, your quiz scores, and when you last updated them. Graduates who finish all ten levels receive an achievement notification.

The Trading Academy is included in the free plan of the TIC app.
