How Does the Monthly Digest Work?

Shortly after each calendar month ends, the app reviews the journal entries you logged during that month and writes you a short report. It needs at least three entries to run at all. The report names three to five concrete behavioural patterns, shows the evidence for each from your own trades, suggests one small change per pattern, and closes with a one or two line focus for the next month.

The app can notify you when your digest is ready, and it is written in both English and Arabic.

What Does It Look At, and What Does It Refuse to Do?

It coaches on process and psychology, never on markets. It works from the date, asset, direction, pip result and mood tag of each entry (confident, anxious, unsure or FOMO), because mood against outcome is often where the most useful pattern sits.

Every digest also passes through the same compliance scanner used by the app's AI chat before you see it. If the AI writing service is unavailable, you get a plainly labelled factual summary of your month instead, stating that it is not a pattern analysis, rather than a weak narrative dressed up as one.

Are Your Journal Notes Private?

Your free-text notes are only read by the AI if you have explicitly opted in. Without that consent, the digest is built from the structured fields alone and your written notes never enter the prompt. Where notes are included, they are passed to the model strictly as data, with instructions never to follow anything written inside them.

There is one more honesty safeguard worth knowing. Some older trades imported from broker accounts carry results that cannot be compared reliably. The digest still includes those trades, since the decision itself may be instructive, but without a result or direction attached, rather than guessing a number and coaching you on it.
