Refund Policy

At Tahsin Investments & Co. (TIC®), we value transparency and fairness in every service we offer.
Please review the refund terms carefully, as they vary depending on the product or service.


1. PAMM / Managed Trading Accounts

Our PAMM (Percentage Allocation Management Module) service involves live trading in financial markets using proprietary strategies.
Because trades are executed in real time, refunds are not applicable once your account has been connected or trading has begun.

These services are performance-based and involve market risk; therefore, fees cannot be reversed once performance periods begin.
Refunds or partial credits will not be issued under any circumstances once trading is active.


2. Copy Trading / Auto Trading

Our Auto Trading (Copy Trading) system executes trades automatically on your account.
Once the service is activated and linked to your trading account, no refunds will be issued, as real market trades begin immediately.

These services are performance-based and involve market risk; therefore, fees cannot be reversed once performance periods begin.
You may disconnect from the service at any time, but no partial or pro-rated refunds will be provided after activation.


3. Mentorship Programs & One-on-One Coaching

All mentorship and one-on-one coaching programs are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed and payment is made.
This policy exists because mentorship sessions are time-reserved and customized for each participant.
Rescheduling is allowed once per program with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.


4. Merchandise & Physical Products

For TIC® merchandise or printed educational materials, we offer a 30-day return policy.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

To initiate a return, contact contact@tahsininvestmentsco.com.
If approved, we’ll issue a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately upon delivery.
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Services

Refunds do not apply to:

  • PAMM / Managed Trading Accounts

  • Copy Trading / Auto Trading

  • Mentorship or One-on-One Coaching (after payment)

  • Digital materials or downloadable content

  • Promotional or bonus offers
