By accessing our website or engaging with any of our services — including PAMM managed trading accounts, Copy Trading, Mentorship programs, or Merchandise — you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.

Throughout this document, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to TIC®, and “you” refers to the client, user, or visitor.
TIC® provides managed trading services, educational programs, and branded merchandise.
Our business operates from offices in the United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates, with select services delivered globally online.
3. Eligibility
By using our website or services, you confirm that you:

4. Services Overview
TIC® offers the following services:
A. PAMM (Managed Trading Accounts)
Clients allocate capital to their own brokerage accounts and authorize TIC®’s trading strategies to be executed via secure linking tools.
Clients retain full control of their funds and can view all positions in real time.
PAMM accounts involve market risk, and performance fees are charged based on verified results.
Once trading begins, fees cannot be reversed (see Refund Policy).
B. Copy Trading / Auto Trading
This service allows clients to automatically mirror the trades executed by TIC®’s professional traders.
Trading is conducted under strict risk parameters and can be monitored 24/7.
Once activated, refunds are not applicable, as trades are executed live.
C. Mentorship & One-on-One Coaching
Our mentorship programs offer personalized training with experienced professionals.
All mentorship payments are non-refundable once booking and payment are confirmed, due to reserved time and preparation.
D. Merchandise & Educational Materials
Our merchandise and printed educational materials are governed by a 30-day return policy, as detailed in our Refund Policy.
5. Risk Disclosure
Trading in financial markets, including foreign exchange (FX), carries a high level of risk.
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
You may lose all or part of your capital, and these products are not suitable for all investors.
You must carefully evaluate your financial situation and risk tolerance before engaging in any of our trading programs.

6. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that:

You are solely responsible for the decisions to participate in any trading or investment program.

TIC® and its traders do not provide financial advice; we execute strategies and programs based on fixed methodologies, not personal recommendations.

You retain full control of your brokerage account, and TIC® has no access to your deposits or withdrawals.

You will maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and personal information.
7. Payments and Fees
All payments for TIC® services are processed securely.

PAMM and Copy Trading services operate under performance-based fee structures.

Mentorship and educational programs must be paid in full before activation.

Merchandise and physical products must be paid in full at checkout.
All fees and charges are subject to our Refund Policy and Performance Fee Agreement (where applicable).
8. Refund Policy
Our refund terms are as follows:

No refunds for PAMM, Copy Trading, or Mentorship programs once initiated or confirmed.

30-day refund period applies only to merchandise and printed materials, subject to return conditions.

We do not share client data with brokers, and you retain full control of your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

You agree to hold TIC® harmless against any claims arising from your participation in our programs or use of our website.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tahsin Investments & Co. (TIC®) and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
12. Termination
TIC® reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any service or account at any time if:

Attempts to manipulate or disrupt our systems.
Upon termination, outstanding obligations remain enforceable.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE or London, UK, depending on the service location.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new services, regulations, or business practices.
