Delete your TIC account

This page lets you permanently delete your Tahsin Investments & Co account and its associated data. You can also delete your account from inside the app (Settings → Delete account); this web flow is provided so you can do it without installing the app.

What will be deleted:

• Your profile (email, name, phone if set, language preference)
• Saved price alerts, signal views, and notification tokens
• Community posts and replies you authored
• Chat history with TIC AI
• Broker connection metadata (we never held your broker credentials)

What is retained (as required by UAE financial record-keeping obligations): transaction records for completed in-app purchases, retained for 7 years in anonymised form — these cannot be linked back to an identifiable person after deletion.
